1 HOTEL, SOUTH BEACH

While VP of Design at Starwood Capital, Liubasha oversaw all design & construction on the 1 Hotel, SoBe until it’s opening. She guided ff+e and material selections for public areas, designed and curated all nature elements. Brought in local artists ie: Plant the Future and Wynwood Walls artist [2Alas] and guided the various design firms associated with the project. Designed uniforms, curated music and oversaw OS+E selections for the property.
