ROSE INK WORKSHOP
At Rose Ink Workshop, we don’t just design spaces — we spin stories, craft dreams, and build entire worlds. Founded by Liubasha Rose in 2015, we are a team of designers and creatives who weave together interiors, fashion, art, wellness, and branding to create environments that transport, delight, and inspire.
Every project begins with a tale: A grand dowager presiding over a free-spirited salon. A trove of artifacts salvaged from a storm-swept town. A palace seemingly conjured from a Grimm fairy tale, where towering timber columns spiral like enchanted trees, golden candlelight flickers across hand-carved walls, and the air carries the scent of aged oak and whispered legends. Each space we design comes alive with a rich, imagined history. From there, we blend creativity with precision, ensuring every detail serves both function and fantasy.
Specializing in luxury hospitality and one-of-a-kind residences, we strike a balance between whimsy and practicality, crafting spaces that feel effortlessly magical yet are rooted in brand identity, timelines, and budgets. Our work has enchanted guests of Auberge Resorts, Six Senses, and Four Seasons, earning accolades for projects that include The Wall Street Hotel (New York); The Madeline, an Auberge Resort (Telluride, Colo.); and The Well (New York).
Welcome to Rose Ink Workshop, a world where design meets storytelling, and where the ordinary is anything but.

LIUBASHAROSE
Liubasha Rose conjures immersive narratives, crafting spaces that feel as if they’ve always existed yet could only have been imagined. As the founder of Rose Ink Workshop, she brings a free-spirited elegance to luxury hospitality and residential design, blending craftsmanship, materiality, and storytelling into a highly sensorial experience.
Before founding her own atelier, Liubasha was Vice President of Design at Starwood Capital Group, where she helped shape some of the most iconic contemporary hotel brands, including 1 Hotels and Baccarat Hotels & Resorts. At 1 Hotel South Beach, she orchestrated a design vision that was at once raw and refined, guiding multiple firms while layering in personal touches — bespoke furnishings, artisanal finishes, cultural collaborations — that gave the property its soul.
Liubasha’s approach to design is deeply influenced by the warmth and hospitality of her native Ukraine, where she recalls dinner parties marked by elaborate toasts, appetizers that became ornamental displays, and interiors alive with intricate patterns. This sensibility carries through in her work, where every detail is considered and every space tells a story of connection, craft, and celebration.
With a background in literature from Cornell University and design from Parsons School of Design, Liubasha sees each project as a story waiting to unfold. At Rose Ink Workshop, her team works across luxury hospitality and residential projects, drawing inspiration from both history and imagination — whether it’s a carved wooden palace from a forgotten fairy tale or a sun-drenched retreat with the soul of an artist’s studio.
